WHAT WE BELIEVE

In a few words we are a group of Jesus’ followers. We delight in inviting people to study the Bible so that they can also learn to enjoy it and put its teachings into practice. Among the many teachings of the Bible we emphasize heavily on the following points:

1. The Everlasting gospel found in the book of Revelation (Revelation14: 6-12). It is seen as an invitation to experience God’s love expressed in the gift of His Son, Jesus Christ. This includes learning to obey Him by love rather than by fear. It also means that we should glorify God in all aspects of our life by taking care of our Spirit, Soul, and Body (Seen clearly through 1 Corinthians 10:31 in regards to living healthy).

2. Prophecy in Scripture. We place a heavy importance on understanding Biblical prophecy (Especially found in the Book of Daniel). This is of utmost important to us because of what the Bible calls the time of “Judgment” (Daniel 7:10) and our place as human beings on the world’s timeline.

3. The Seventh-day Sabbath. Expressed in the 4th commandment in the Book of Exodus, we understand the fourth commandment to be God’s invitation to us to Worship Him as our Creator, and in so doing we come to establish a deeper relationship with Him.

4. Making sense of Denominations. Basing ourselves on the two characteristics of God’s Church (Keeping the Commandments of God and having the Faith of Jesus as it is written in the book of Revelation) we seek to help others make sense of the numerous denominations that exist. Is God’s truth spoken in each denomination? Could it be that God only shines clearly through one denomination?

5. The Mark of the Beast. As a highly discussed topic, from the Bible we can learn who the Beast of the book of Revelation is, as well as what the Mark of the Beast represents.

6. Hell and the state of the Dead. While death is an inevitable outcome of life, we share truths that point to death as being parallel to a type of rest. This belief points us to a different perspective on what Hell really is and is not according to the Bible.

7. The Faith of Jesus. In the book of Hebrews 11 we have a clear depiction of what true faith really looks like among believers. In the same way, we as followers of Jesus seek to have the faith Jesus had. This is the only way we can obey God and truly love Him. We believe that the Faith is not ours but rather that it can only be obtained through a deep relationship with Him.
